This privacy policy describes how BasketMatch ("the game"), published by Global Adhesive Products B.V., handles information. It applies to the BasketMatch game available on Google Play and on the web.

We do not collect any personal data. The game works completely offline and does not require an account. We do not collect, store, or share:

• Usage or analytics data
• Advertising identifiers
• Any payment or financial information

3. Data stored on your device

Your game progress — drafts, lineups, match results, experience points, achievements and settings — is saved locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

If you delete the game or clear your app or browser data, this local progress is permanently removed. We cannot recover it because we never receive a copy.

4. No accounts, no ads, no tracking

BasketMatch has no user accounts, no sign-up, no advertisements, no analytics and no third-party trackers. The game contains no betting or real-money mechanics of any kind.

5. Children's privacy

Because the game collects no data at all, it does not knowingly collect information from children. BasketMatch is a fictional sports game suitable for general audiences.

6. Third-party services

The game does not use third-party analytics, advertising or data-processing services. The app store itself (Google Play) may process information such as your device details and purchase history under its own privacy policy, which is separate from ours.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights over your personal data. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. Your only game data lives on your own device, where you control it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the game works and start collecting data, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date above before the change goes live.
